At Luxury Pro Mobile Detailing, our goal is to provide the highest standard of service and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our detailing services and offer the following refund and rework terms:
1. No Refunds After Service Is Completed

Once a service is completed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds unless there is a clear issue caused by our team.
2. Rework & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will inspect the concern and, if valid, offer a free rework of the specific issue.
3. Conditions for Refunds

A partial or full refund may be granted only under these rare circumstances:

If service was prepaid but not completed due to cancellation by our team.

If our team caused significant, verifiable damage to your vehicle during service (and liability is acknowledged).
4. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Change of mind after service

Dirt or debris returning due to weather, use, or time after completion

Services refused or stopped partway by the customer

Pre-existing damage, stains, or odors that could not be removed despite professional effort
