
Appointment Policy

At Luxury Pro Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide each customer with high-quality, reliable, and professional service. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we ask that all clients review and agree to the following appointment policy:

1. Booking Requirements

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

A valid name, phone number, service location, and vehicle details must be provided at the time of booking.

We may require confirmation via call, text, or email before finalizing your appointment.
2. Arrival Window

We will arrive within a 30–60 minute window of your scheduled time due to traffic, job complexity, or weather.

You will be notified ahead of time if we expect any delays beyond this window.
3. Access & Readiness
​
Before your appointment, please ensure that:

The vehicle is accessible and ready for service (unlocked, keys available if needed).

There is a safe, legal place to park and work with access to water and electricity, if required.

Personal belongings are removed from the vehicle’s interior.
4. Weather Policy

In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, snow, extreme heat/cold), we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.

You will be contacted ahead of time if rescheduling is necessary.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
​

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 cancellation fee, especially if travel has already occurred.

No-shows without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Late or Missed Appointments

If we arrive and are unable to begin work due to lack of access, missing keys, or delays, a $25 inconvenience fee may apply.

After 15 minutes of waiting, we reserve the right to leave and mark the appointment as a no-show.
7. Payment
​

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in advance.

We accept cash, Zelle, or other approved digital payment methods.

Tipping is not required, but always appreciated if you’re satisfied with the service.
8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

The vehicle is in unsafe condition

The location is unsafe or inaccessible

The customer is disrespectful or threatening
-
The requested service exceeds reasonable time or risk expectations
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
​
If you're not fully satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.
